    Proposals & design features

A new lean to vaulted mono pitch roof was proposed over the existing and new works with multiple roof lights within the structure. Multiple internal walls were removed to really open up the space and improve the general flow of the ground floor layout.

  • The Result

A traditional build construction consisting of insulated masonry cavity walls with a cut and pitch timber roof over. The supporting structure consisted of a 'goal post' type steel arrangement taken down to foundation level.
